But you shouldn't be too far off if you estimate $2000 + $20/foot.

Remember the permit and the pump/equipment as well. Talk to neighbors as to how deep did have to go. You also need to have an estimate on how much water you need. Grove vs household only. No guarantees, but deeper tend to flow more. I'd figure $15k min, agreeing that depth, amount of rock, access, etc. can skyrocket costs.

Also may run into restrictions if the property is on septic.
