US nominal GDP up 55.8% over prior 10 years

I think adjusting for nominal GDP growth makes more sense for longer-term valuation comparisons than inflation.

Prior year inflation is messy because of food and energy noise. Long term, there’s a strong tendency for a large part of income gains to flow into residential RE.
