That was the main thing I cared about.

Good that democrats picked up the House. Now we have some balance restored. For the next two years Washington won't be able to agree on how to waste taxpayer dollars, except on the very important things.

Yes Prop 10 would have instantly made all California SFH's less valuable.

I think that if that had passed most Mom and pop landlords would have thrown in the towel and said "that's it I am out".

I have converted my condos to monthly furnished rentals. You can even do with houses.

Except that we wasted, and are wasting a lot of money on the military. Republicans love the military and Democrats are afraid to be painted as weak. We're still in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria....

Meanwhile, Intel wants the gov to get involved developing AI. Really? government is the solution?
