October 21, 2006 at 7:32 AM #38124PDParticipantPorkman, I predict brisk business in your future.
October 21, 2006 at 9:00 AM #38127L_Thek_onomicsParticipantPorkman (Simon Legree?), your post smells like
another fake b.s. A kind of hard to imagine, lenders
hire little hitmen to post default notices…
L ThekOctober 21, 2006 at 5:56 PM #38164PorkmanDelardoParticipantThek, Shrek, whatever.. Lenders don’t hire hit men to post notices. Lenders don’t even foreclose on borrowers who default. Trustees do. All part of the statutes that govern the foreclosure process in CA. Look them up sometime and educate yourself. Send me your address and I’ll tell you if I’ve posted it? Or better yet, if you are thinking about selling, let’s hook up, so I can be your listing agent. I have my D&B number, Fed tax ID number,Notary commission number, CA Dept of RE agent number, and license plate numbers for my Hummmer and Prius anytime you want to see them. No BS here, just adding my real hands on experience to the mix. I don’t need to wait to see the latest default rates as I am one step ahead of everyone else. By the way, if you want to buy a list of foreclosures, I cannot help you. That would be unethical. I am sure you can finds lots of lists for sale on the internet or your local Pennysaver. Save your skepticism for when you really need it. Cheerfully, PorkmanDelardo

post I’ll double check all the facts.
L T ShrekOctober 21, 2006 at 9:00 PM #38188Nancy_s soothsayerParticipantPorkman, full of lard, please keep posting your anecdotes and observations here. Since you are the man rolling in the mud and trenches of foreclosures – (oink!) your observations would be very informative, methinks. I appreciate that you’ve joined the Piggington community. I’m sure you will feel at home here — with all pun intended.
