Resealing Concrete

Just wanted to get my colored concrete resealed as the original seal is fading and seeing some pitting on the concrete surface.

Got two contractors both badmouthing the other. One is pushing acrylic polyurethane seal, but the other is pushing a penetrating seal that’s lacquer based.

Any idea what’s better? Maybe a recommendation to someone that you guys used and trust?

If you want that wet, shiny looks to the concrete then lacquer it is. I don't think you'll get that with acrylic polyurethane. This is a relatively easy job that you could do in a day or take your time and spread it over a couple weekends. You can pick up the lacquer sealer at a local White Cap store for about $300 for a 5 gallon bucket. Just make the measurements and the guys at the store will let you know how many buckets you'll need.
