Where is a good place to buy 1/4" wood panels for a fence gate door?

My fence gate doors at my new house are falling apart and I thought home depot use to carry the 1/4" interlocking wood panels one could use to make a fence door, bit it seems like they are either out or no longer carrying them.

Where else would carry this? Dixieland?

Add this to the growing list of tasks to do on Paid Furlow Fridays.

Outdoor fencing is typically made of redwood or cedar as that wood stands up to elements better. Are you talking about tongue and groove or shiplap when you are referring to overlapping panels? JW Redwood good source.

That's what you call it. Yes, tongue and groove type wood paneling. My old house used 1/4" tongue and groove wood for the gate doors. My current house uses 1" wood. It's all splitting and the gate is ridiculously heavy. I don't car if it's redwood or cedar.since I'll be staining it with a solid color.

I'll check out JW Redwood

Oh shoot that's what the store is called. I forgot there was a lumber store in Sorrento Valley right next to the train tracks. I didn't know it was called JW Redwood. Thanks for the reminder Hobbie.

Dixieline closed at 6pm before covid. Now maybe they are like traditional Mexican banks, 9-11 and 2-3.
