OT. Foot care

I confess my feet had gotten pretty gross. This is definitely an old person problem. White flaky cracked just gross looking feet. Dry desert feet. Can become a health hazard if it gets crazy.

I was headed down that road.

The last few months I've really taken the bull by the horns.

Rubbing dead skin off.

Soaking.

Twice daily aloe vera and shea butter treatments

I'm here to tell you, if u have a problem like I did, do not live in denial. Men, tend to your feet....

They matter a lot.

Wear clean socks and shoes

Don't walk around in sandals all the time.

Drink lots of water, it will keep your hands from cracking as well.

If shoes and socks are good for feet, why dont we wear gloves at all times?

The toe is rendered useless through encasement, like a digit in mittens.

I'm torn.

I despise shoes and socks.

And yet my feet were much grosser after years of barefoot and flipflops.

Still my foot care regime was lacking.

Not sure where I stand.

The foot must be strengthened and respected, on par with the hand.
