It’s interesting that in the nationalistic present and our world of alternative facts, the English language can mean different things to different people.

What do these phrases mean?

Fire and fury.

Adult daycare center. Is this a daycare run by professional adults. Or a center for adult who behave like children?

I’m surprised that people who want to make America great again, like in the 50s, are embracing 21st century low brow English. Back in the 50s, Standard English was more elegant and formal.
