Sucks for people who have T-Mobile. Might be a wash for AT&T customers. At least w/ the merger, there will be a lot more cell towers, which mean better coverage for AT&T customers.
I wonder how long before Verizon gobble up Sprint.

March 20, 2011 at 1:56 PM #678804LAAFTERHOURSParticipantNot sure how to take this as a 6 year tmob customer.. Att coverage blows. My company has a tmobile repeater network in my office so i guess thats a positive for all the at&t users who have no service in the building currently.
Im locked into unlimited data, unlimited text and 1500 mins for now and my hotspot service was free – this will be my biggest complaint. Tmob allows you to use your cell as a portable hotspot for free. Other carriers dont so it will be interesting to see if that changes.

Yep.
T-Mobile provided good service in the cities for people who wanted to just buy a sim card and bring their own devices.
Simple mobile is a virtual operator that provices free International SMS. I wish it were included with AT&T.
