Those of you that got below 3% 15 year fixed mortgage or below 3.4% 30 year mortgage.. Congrats... your money can now sit in a safe no brainer and pay for your borrowing costs....

Damn, should have kept my 2.75% mortgage and antied up and bought two additional rentals with the free cash.

Hope to see 4% soon.

Why again would existing homeowners want to sell unless some unforeseen financial hardships?

Rent prices still going crazy and even more old homeowners' borrowing costs soon to go below no frills CD rates.

Market is driven by what buyers can afford though. Most buyers don't have an equal amount of cash in a CD...

Gary Cohn is saying that higher rates and trade wars would create inflation that would obviate the tax cuts.

Save your money to buy properties next recession. Always buy low.
