I can’t decide whether that’s going to help his ratings or hurt them.
No matter. Those numbers aren’t going down any time soon. Eventually someone else is going to bring it up again.

July 15, 2007 at 12:07 PM #65910mixxalotParticipantHe was shaken by the caller.
Which is great! About time the jerk gets a taste of his own bitter medicine! He is the biggest crybaby I have ever heard on the radio! He even said “Well if people want to think real estate is so bad then DONT buy a house I dont care! Maybe I am a dumb guy but I dont care”.
He was bitter and anger and shaken. About time. NOW I would like to see Rich debate the punk on KOGO. I know that chowderhead would lose hands down. But given that KOGO is owned by the SD realtors and construction companies it would never take place. Then chowderhead had a guy on who bought real estate in 1960 and made tons of money. Well duh! It was dirt cheap back then.

July 15, 2007 at 6:02 PM #65933SD RealtorParticipantmixxalot I literally cannot listen to the chowd for more then 5 or 10 minutes. Between him and Mayram Aram I feel like my head will explode after a certain amount of time…I do feel sorry for those that fall under his spell.

July 16, 2007 at 1:31 AM #65955temeculaguyParticipantAs a commuter I check the traffic on KOGO daily and often catch Chowderhead while waiting for the traffic report. He has been increasingly angry over the past few months and has been lashing out at the UT of late, it’s as if he thinks everyone is out to get him. I keep hoping for him to lose it. I keep thinking of the movie “trading places” when the Duke brothers lose it and one of them yells on the floor of the stock exchange “turn the machines back on.”

July 16, 2007 at 9:56 AM #65995PerryChaseParticipantHow about his personal real estate investments? He’s a public figure so his investments would be fair game for bloggers to investigate and post.

July 16, 2007 at 10:10 AM #65999jeemanParticipantYeah, I think GC is probably a few hundred thousand dollars underwater now and is trying to prop up his and his friends’ real estate holdings.
