Any peer to peer mortgage sites with decent interest rates?

Has anyone encountered a peer - to - peer or private lending that has decent interest rates? I have an investment property with a 30 year fixed at 5.375% with plenty of equity and traditional lenders can't go lower than that.

Ideally, I'm looking for a 10 year fixed Interest only loan, pay in full in 10 years. There's got to be some website out there for senior citizens who want better than a 2% return on their cd's, I just haven't found it. Seems like a major inefficiency in the market...

Any ideas?

You're not competing with a CD, you're competing with the return on buying the property yourself and renting it out.

Seems like a lot of risk to take on a peer to peer loan.
If principal is absolute, then municipal bond or TIPs is probably the way to go.
Otherwise, a REIT (public or private) or crowdfunded Commercial RE seems like a better investment.

Hard to believe you can't beat your current rate with substantial equity and a 10 year term.

Talked to mortgage brokers yet? I'd do that before looking at those fintech sites, which mostly seem to be fancy marketing for subprime loans.
