I need some anecdotal evidence for a presentation I am working on and wondering if anyone here can offer any help.

Here is what I'm looking for:

a) 401K Account balance 10 years ago (Nov 2007)
b) mortgage balance 10 years ago (Nov 2007)

c) how much have you contributed (pre tax dollars)
to your 401K in the last 10 years

d) What is your 401K balance today
e)What is your mortgage balance today

Ideally I am looking for scenarios that do not involve any 401K loans
OR CASH OUT refis during this period. AND have had a 30 year mortgage for at least 10 years++ (ok if you refi'd existing balance)

It doesn't matter if 401 contributions were consistent.
If you aren't comfortable sharing exact amounts, OK to adjust ALL figures by the same % Thank you for any help !!
SPY was
$153 in Nov 2007
$ 67 in March 2009
$ 255 Today

Sure, I'll just spend the next hour running reports in Quicken and post it all up here...
